The SMALL print of our guarantees:

• Proof of purchase will be required when requesting replacements -please keep your original invoice number to hand.

• We cannot send replacements until we have received the damaged part(s)

• Each part can be replaced as many times as the number you are originally supplied with. For example for each 6m x 12m marquee we will replace up to 12 windows, up to 4 corner joints, up to 48 ‘purlin' poles but only one roof.

• This is a ‘return to base' guarantee (ie any damaged part must be returned to us at your expense)

• Any delivery charge we incur for sending replacement parts cannot exceed £45 (including VAT)

• The guarantee lasts for 3 years from the day of delivery. After the 3 years all parts are available to purchase separately.

• This guarantee is in addition to the manufacturers 1 year warranty.
