Guaranteed Marquees 12-month Warranty

This is our standard 12 month warranty details. This is in addition to the 3 year guarantee we offer.

All Guaranteed Marquees products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against any defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the delivery date. All units should be inspected upon arrival, and defects or shortages reported immediately.

This warranty is limited to normal wear and tear.

What is covered?

• Any defects caused by poor workmanship or faulty materials.

• The cost of delivery to and collection from our factory shall be your responsibility unless the unit is proven defective under the warranty terms. If the unit is proven defective under the warranty terms the cost of delivery will be reimbursed to you to a maximum of £100.

What is not covered?

• Damage caused by use of marquee in extreme weather conditions.

• Damage caused by failure to store the marquee correctly.

• Damage caused by failure to follow the correct marquee erection procedure.

• Damage caused by use of the marquee as a permanent structure.

• Damage or injury caused by any product that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents or misapplied or modified or improperly installed.

This warranty is not transferable.


	The SMALL print of our guarantees: Proof of purchase will be required when requesting replacements -please keep your original invoice number to hand. We cannot send replacements until we have received the damaged part(s) Each part can be replaced as many times as the number you are originally supplied with. For example for each 6m x 12m marquee we will replace up to 12 windows, up to 4 corner joints, up to 48 ‘purlin' poles but only one roof. This is a ‘return to base' guarantee (ie any damaged part must be returned to us at your expense) The guarantee lasts for 3 years from the day of delivery. After the 3 years all parts are available to purchase separately. This guarantee is in addition to the manufacturers 1 year warranty.
